Kahlua

Had I realized when we put Marie up for adoption how badly it was going to affect Chanel we wouldn't have done it. The last couple of months without a dog have been so nice and relaxing but every single day Chanel will talk about Marie. Sometimes she still cries about it. Rick and I love spontaneous decisions. And this last weekend while Chanel was at her Grandmother's we got her a little surprise.

Meet Kahlua

This isn't the best picture of her but since Chanel and Kahlua are inseparable it is hard to get a good picture of her. She is a bulldog/boxer mix and maybe the sweetest dog I've ever met. She LOVES the kids. LOVES them. They can pull on her, play on her and just be overly rough with her and she will just sit there and then lick them. She's also so chill it's hilarious. She loves to sleep.

Are we crazy? Probably. But I'm really okay with it.
