1 tbsp butter
Garlic powder
Broccoli
tomatoes - peeled and chopped
1/2 c. butter
1 c. half and half
1 c Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp salt
dash pepper
Cook spaghetti. Saute veggies in 1 tbsp butter and garlic powder (or fresh garlic). In separate saucepan, heat 1/2 c butter and half and half until butter is melted. Remove from heat. Add 3/4 c parm. cheese, salt, and pepper - mix. Toss drained noodles with sauce. Top with veggies and sprinkle remaining parm. cheese.
