Salsa

4 large tomatoes
1 bunch cilantro
1 bunch green onions
2 jalapenos
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp salt


Put 'em in the food processor... and enjoy.

Tips:
  • If you want it spicy leave the seeds in the jalapenos
  • Start with the greens- generally I start with the jalapenos so they get minced and you won't get large chunks of jalapenos while eating it.
  • ... After cutting and taking the seeds out of the jalapenos... wash your hands. A lot. And don't touch your eyes... or put your contacts in... or anything like that. Learn from my mistakes.
