• Can of Coca-Cola
• 1/4 c brown sugar
• salsa

mix in crockpot- everything should coat the p0rk

cock on low for 8 hours - shred with forks before serving.

Creamy Tomatillo Dressing

• 1 packet ranch mix
• 2 tomatillos
• 1/2 bunch cilantro
• 1 clove garlic
• lime juice
• 1 jalapeno

make the ranch dressing. In blender add ranch and remaining ingredients and blend.

Cilantro Lime Rice

4 c. chicken broth

2 c. uncooked rice

2 clove garlic

1 tsp butter

1 tsp lime juice

combine and cook.

Make it like they do at cafe rio! Delish.
