1 pkg cream cheese
1-2 clove garlic- minced
2 c. heavy whipping cream
6 oz grated Parmesan cheese
Pepper to taste
Over medium heat - melt butter. Add garlic and cream cheese - whisk until smooth. Add cream a little at a time, whisking until smooth. Stir in Parmesan cheese and pepper. Remove from heat when sauce reaches desired consistency- thin with milk if too thick.
